Geez, you'd think tattoo artists would have a sense of humor about it, but, no, they sure don't. I took my most valued piece of sports memorabilia -- a baseball signed by the '70 Washington Senators (yes, including the great double-play combo of Ed Brinkman and Bernie Allen) -- down to the Ink Pad to see what I could get for it. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure the tattoo he offered is not anatomically possible.
