Odd developments in the Nebraska Legislature -- senators consolidated three of the most prominent bills of the session into one: So, now women can breastfeed in public but first must show their breasts to a cop to prove the tatas are in the country legally. And lactating teachers will be allowed to carry guns in school in a special bra holster. That's right -- it's a gun rack. (C'mon, at least I talked myself out of calling the legislation an omnibust bill.)
