I've had it with New Year's resolution newbies struttin' around the gym with their clipboards and heart rate monitors, recording every rep and each tick in their tickers. This morning a couple of us had to rescue some rook who somehow got himself trapped upside down and backward on an overhead press. Had to cut through his new Lycra togs to free him, but it was just as well -- he'd thoroughly soiled 'em by then anyway.
